108th Street – Mitchell to Platteview Road

Project Description

The Sarpy County Public Works team will reconstruct 108th Street from the Mitchell Road intersection, 1/5 of a mile north, to roughly Platteview Road. This project will involve grading, building new culverts and adding new concrete pavement. The project will take place in multiple phases to allow access for property owners within the project limits.

The project will require a full road closure. The proposed detour route will be 99th street for all through traffic, including truck traffic going to the Martin Marietta quarry.

The current schedule for this contract is 90 calendar days. We expect to start construction mid-spring/early summer 2024.
